  • Custom & Personalized Items: Because these items are made to order, they are strictly non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence, and we will happily issue a replacement.
